Please note: The payment portal allows you to enter your own amount. Please use only the amount provided by Chrissy’s Notes for your child’s selected program or program combination.

Payment & Refund Policy
Payment Schedule
Services are billed monthly. The first monthly payment must be received before the student’s agreed start date. To continue services, payment for the following month must be received before the beginning of the student’s next monthly service period. Payments do not automatically renew. A renewal reminder will generally be sent approximately five days before the next payment is due.
Monthly Service Period
Each payment covers one month of the selected program or program combination, beginning on the student’s agreed start date. Instruction, assignments, feedback, and progress monitoring are provided according to the student’s selected program and individual learning needs.
Cancellations & Refunds
A full refund may be requested before services for the paid monthly service period have begun. Once services have begun, any refund will apply only to portions of the monthly service that have not yet been prepared or provided. Work that has already been prepared, assigned, reviewed, or provided is non-refundable.
Student Participation
Refunds are not provided for assignments, instructional materials, or feedback opportunities missed because of student absence, non-participation, or failure to complete assigned work.
Discontinuing Service
There is no long-term enrollment commitment. Families may choose not to continue for a future month by simply not submitting the next monthly payment. No cancellation fee applies.
