About Chrissy
I’m Chrissy Meleti, a dually licensed ELL and English Language Arts educator with an M.A. in Educational Psychology, an M.Ed. in Teaching English as a Second Language, and a certificate in Teaching Students with Disabilities or Special Needs.
My work as an educator focuses on helping students become stronger readers and writers while building the language and academic skills they need to progress with confidence.
I also have a background in fiction writing and publishing, which has shaped the way I approach language and written expression. I want students not only to strengthen academic skills, but also to become more confident in expressing their own ideas.
I created Chrissy’s Notes to combine structured ELA skill-building with individual attention. Students work toward clear learning goals while receiving assignments and teacher feedback appropriate to their current skills and progress.
